Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The following services are covered by our SLA:

  • Planned Onsite Maintenance Check once an educational term
  • Manned telephone support (+233.30.397.6600)
  • Monitored email support (support@techaide.global)
  • Monitored SMS support (1943)
  • Emergency Assistance (extra costs apply)
  • On Site Assistance (extra costs apply)
  • Telephone support: 8A.M. to 5P.M.(GMT)
    Monday – Friday

    Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call, however there will be a backup answer phone service

  • Email support: Monitored 8A.M. to 5P.M.(GMT)
    Monday – Friday

    Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day

  • SMS support: Monitored 8A.M. to 5P.M.(GMT)
    Monday – Friday

    SMS received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day

  • Emergency Assistance: Monitored 24-hours/365 days/year (extra cost)

    Emergency phone calls will be returned within 4-hours. If action is taken the client will be charged for Emergency Assistance at the rate below.

  • Onsite assistance guaranteed within 72 hours during the business week (extra cost)
