This process starts with a field visit to access the proposed facility. We consider security arrangements; take appropriate measurements of the proposed infrastructure for technical layout recommendations. The output of this process is the detailed report with recommendations.

The following services are covered by our SLA:
Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call, however there will be a backup answer phone service
Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day
SMS received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day
Emergency phone calls will be returned within 4-hours. If action is taken the client will be charged for Emergency Assistance at the rate below.
